Thank You for choosing AGAPE Medical Training Center for your Basic Medication Administration Training (BMA) certification. We are looking forward to working with you. How to become a Medication Assistance Provider (MAP)? 1. Take the Basic Medication Administration Training (6hrs) via Zoom or In person 2. Take the written and MAR Test and pass- receive certificate Annual Requirements 1. Take the BMA annual update course before expiration date **Full price must be paid to reserve a seat in class. No refunds will be given 48H prior to start of class. You may reschedule without a reschedule fee of $10.00/per student 24H prior to start of class** AGAPE Medical Training Center prioritizes the safety of all our students and instructors. Everyone must wash hands or use hand sanitizer before entering class. Everyone is REQUIRED to wear mask. If, you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. If you are not feeling well, or having any of these symptoms: Fever or chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea please do not come to class.
